I have tried every diet and none of them seem to work for me, what makes your diet different?

For starters we don't consider what we teach for nutrition a diet. With ISTP you learn how to create a healthy relationship with food, and often we just need to get your metabolism working for you through a variety of nutrition application, along with increasing daily movement.

I have a hard time comitting to programs, I have tried in the past but had a hard time with accountability, how is ISTP different?

Accountability is one of the hardest things for most people! We have created a network of support through this program, with weekly Group Accountability calls, Monthly 1-on-1 Power Calls, and our in app messenger ready to take your questions 24 hrs/day you get to feel 100% supported through this process!

I have a hard time with change, how will you be able to support me?

We understand that change is hard and not something that happens overnight. When we start to implement change to your routines and lifestyle we start slowly with what you are willing to do and build on your successes one change at a time. In this program, you are the driver of your own success, we hold you accountable to what you have agreed to change!

I don't have hours per day to work out. Will I still get the results I am looking to get?

With ISTP, we teach you how to make the most out of your schedule. This means breaking down your days to unlock the full potential of your days, creating more space for your success in, and outside of this program!

Both Mike and Kaila are great! They deliver fully on their packages and are great at helping a person find their rhythm while not making a person feel judged.
